I’m reading, or rather listening to, “Antifragile” and trying to find ways to bring this knowledge into my life. Antifragility is a kind of system that benefits from change instead of being harmed by it, as fragile systems are. Fragile systems are vulnerable to so-called black swans: rare events with major consequences which, because of their low probability, cannot be predicted or included in a risk model.
