We were hauling some things around today, and since Młoda stayed with her grandparents, we had some time to be together, so we used it for lunch at the Cynamon pancake place in Bełchatów.

The food and coffee were delicious, but what made me happiest was that we could simply sit together, without phones, which we put aside, and even without talking about current matters and things to take care of. I don’t even remember everything we talked about, but there was a lot of enjoying each other and each other’s presence.

In recent days we’ve had a lot of evenings like that, where we do something together to enjoy each other, for example playing board games, but this kind of ordinary conversation was still the most nourishing for the relationship. A very nice thing :)
