Wrecked tires and a new life strategy
Monday puts the emphasis on two topics.
First, I went to therapy and we talked about the fact that I get very nervous during Ida’s nighttime bedtime routine. And about a few other things too. The takeaway from the conversation is that I need to start expecting a bit less from myself, J. and Młoda, because the kind of pressure I’m putting on myself right now could end badly for us. So I’m supposed to let go more and this blog might be a good way to check how well I’m managing to follow through on that resolution.
Second, on my way back from therapy, I drove into a pothole and wrecked two wheels :)
And it wasn’t just me, because a moment after me some woman drove into the same pothole and also damaged two wheels. We called the police, and after a few minutes two more cars arrived whose owners had wrecked their wheels in that same spot and were now coming back to take photos of the pothole. Later I found out that my sister had also wrecked a tire in the same place an hour earlier.
Unfortunately, the tires are completely useless now, but I hope that with the photos and the police report we’ll manage to get some compensation from the city.
